Why do I need a personal trainer

Studies have shown that people who work with a personal trainer will achieve 80% better results three times faster than on their own.  Health & fitness is constantly evolving and personal trainers are required to stay on top of the information in terms of upgrading their certifications and knowledge base.  Further, a personal trainer makes it easier for you to exercise consistently and helps you stay committed to your program.  When you have a scheduled appointment you are vastly less likely to skip a workout.

How many times per week do I need to train in order to see results?

We recommend at least 2x/week but 3x/week is the most optimal.

Is nutrition coaching & progress tracking included with personal training?

Absolutely, you’ll have access to a custom branded app which we’ll use to monitor your nutrition. You’ll also receive extensive nutrition coaching as a part of the service.

My mobility is limited, is personal training right for me?

Absolutely, a good number of clients that work with 302 Fitness begin their health & fitness journey with limited mobility or even an Injury.  Your exercise program is entirely catered to you and assists in regaining your lost mobility

Personal training is expensive, can I afford it?

At 302 Fitness we pride ourselves at being accommodating, this is why we include options to fit all budgets.

What does a personal training session include?

A personal training session includes you & your coach meeting for 60 minutes at the gym and going through your programmed workout.  Within the session you and your coach will discuss your nutrition goals and reinforce the fitness goals that you’ve two have set

Where is your personal training location?

We have two locations.  One in Scarborough (230 Nantucket Blvd) and one in Etobicoke (100 Symes Rd)
